At D'Jags Home Care Service, we offer a rnage of services to ensure the comfortability of each and every one of our clients, this includes:
- In-home respite care Assistance with family to have a break or get back to work knowing there love ones are being looked after safely at home
- Personal care Assistance with personal hygiene Shower/Bath maintaining skin integrity and assistance with getting dressed for daily activities.
- Meal assistance Warming/cooking meals as per dietary requirement or feeding assistance as required.
- Transport Driving to and from appointments with GP or any other health professional
- Social Support Companion at home activity/outing, shopping, walks or just simply coffee outing (client choice)
- Medication Assistance Assistance with regular prescribed medication (Preferably packed by chemist)
- Assistance with daily living Assistance with art and craft, light housework ensuring clean surrounding and client safety, Washing used dishes maintaining clean kitchen and bed making
- Caring experienced nurses We monitor and record any client visible health changes. Monitor and maintain skin integrity. Ensuring family and medical professionals are aware of any changes that might affect client health. We respect client privacy. Confidential records are kept secured and can only be shared with family and medical professionals with client consent/permission.
